Shop policies

Welcome to my Koral Martin Fine Art Nature Photography Shop! Thank you for stopping by! I have many unique items available with my photos like mugs, cutting boards, ornaments, coasters, ceramic tiles and even wood postcards.

All of my products are original... The products produced are all utilizing my original photos that I have taken during travels around the United States and are printed locally with my supervision. Most images are available on all products so if you want a custom product from an image you have seen of mine, just get in touch with me!

Products are made to order so that I can offer a larger inventory of products and do custom products. Coasters and mugs can be made into custom sets at a discount over single pricing. Just let me know what you want in your set. I have thousands of images to choose from from florals to landscapes to wildlife. I will be adding more images regularly.

Payment

I accept PayPal and Authorize.net for all purchases. Immediate payment is requested and I will have the photo printed and shipped upon notification that PayPal has processed the payment or ship immediately upon notification if I have in stock. Please contact me if you prefer to pay by another method.

Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and shipping

Shipping will be UPS or USPS shipping and the charges are reflected for each item. If you need more expedited shipping, please feel free to contact me and we can work out the details. Local Pickup is available if you are in the Carthage/Joplin Missouri area. Just contact me to make arrangements.

Great care is taken in packing our order. The items should arrive safely to its destination. Tracking numbers will be sent upon creating of shipping labels.

Refunds and Exchanges

As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged. Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt if the product is damaged and we will gladly replace it.
